High and low side Driver
The high and low side drive can independently control the upper and lower bridge arms. It is equipped with an internal anti-cross-conduction logic to prevent direct damage. It is compatible with a wide voltage range, featuring under-voltage and overcurrent protection, strong anti-interference ability, and can operate within a wide temperature range of -40 to 150℃. It is compatible with MOSFET/IGBT, which can simplify circuit design, is highly efficient and stable, and is suitable for scenarios such as motor drive and power conversion.
